Its been a year I joined in Synechron Technologies. The best part is the "Trust Factor" which you will get it from Higher/Senior Business/team People.
Also I like the way Synechron treats Female Employees until we reach our home Security people keep on following up.
Even before Joining in Synechron I was little scared as Reviews were not good but after joining in Synechron my complete vision got changed.
Only I feel Synechron must start their transport facilities especially in Bangalore location considering the local traffic scenarios, as we operate two offices in Bangalore.
In short, if you have a good skills, manners and know how to work/handle genuinely anywhere you can survive, organization doesn’t matter.
Overall I recommend to explore opportunities with Synechron, skills are challenged and scope for up-scaling.
