They fool you my conducting fake client interviews. Make you sit on bench for a long time. Synechron has the dumbest group of team leaders and managers. Let me summarize in short: your career goes down hill in this company and at the end you will feel terrible guilt for joining this company
The top head of the hr is one hell of a crook. Now he has escaped to the us. He is very disgusting and a cheating man. During parties he used to roam around and holding a beer bottle in his hands. His family would have been ashamed to see this. In the office also he used to purposely go near the cubicle of some specific women. His intentions were really doubtful. Wonder how such men are sent to the us to bring disrepute to the company. His 2 secretary’ chamchas’ are even worse( shbh and vivcho)
Also the director of dm& t is a uneducated and highly unskilled man. He cannot even speak and write proper english. Can you imagine just how come such a man becomes the director of an account?
The toilets in the company are filthy and dirty. No one cleans them. Some stale and dirty air is circulated in the whole building and the floors stink. Don’t get fooled by the posh environment which you see when you come for the interview. That is just one section of the company reserved for client visits. After reading all this if you want to join this company, god save you.
