Beware of Synechron! Worst company to work!

Beware of this company, they may offer you good salary and green card but there is no security!


Used to be growing company, used to value their employee, client and individuals way back when head count was below 800. Now days no one cares their employees and have no value for their employee. Company nowadays runs on dirty politics and favorism. I would not blame company  but the idiots who are part of this company, who are immature guys positioning at higher designations like Sr Mngr, asst director and directors. US Hr person is another poor guys, don’t believe him, he think company is his own.


If you are looking for right platform where you want to grow, where your hard work need to be appreciated, where you would like to see visibility of your carrier/project then THIS IS NOT RIGHT place for you. It has few major clients only, no major business. Company’s ceo is claiming they are growing but I don’t see any growth. No more major client(s) added to company’s business from past few years.


People were hired by misleading them with good client, higher salary, immediate Green card processing and etc, but truly, later people were fired simply because project/contract did not work. Account head/HR did not care to place people at different job location than simply firing them. You will not get any job security in Synechron at both onsite and offshore.


If you are junior level engineer, want  to earn good salary and want to add experience for couple of years then you can join the company, but risk is still there about job security.


If you are mid or above level engineer and looking for right/politics free place to growth and with job security then DO NOT JOIN this company.


If you are joining onsite then there are just few major places where company has business. Recently there were many .net/java/qa people on bench, few had been asked to leave and rest were fired because company did not find any project for them.


Finally just want to say think in all aspects, get detailed information, judge true/false statement before reaching conclusion to join the company. When you are in need, they will treat you well and when not, they will behave with you like stranger. They simply dont care. Beware of few big shots in the company, they will treat you like slave. Never ever trust anyone here in this company, all are liars!
