Despite the reviews of Synechron, I went ahead and joined it because of the incredible hike I was offered.
The Interview process was decent and the interviewers were supportive and friendly. I was recruited for a project and upon joining I was immediately assigned to it.
I have begun feeling the work pressure . and one of my colleagues mentioned that there always will be a’fire fighting’ situation in the project!(But, sigh. is there a service company that DOESN’T have work pressure?)
Attrition in the company is obvious since my entire team are new recruits ranging between 6 months to a year with Synechron.
First impression: Great salary, good work, amazing HRs(in terms of attractiveness!) These are some of the best girls with impeccable english, diction and dressing style. Bus facility is good. Timings are pathetic . imagine 9 hrs in shift:( They operate in 2 shifts 8-5 and 12-9.
I will get back with a detailed review once I experience it first hand. Keeping my fingers crossed for a good journey with Synechron:)
