I recently worked with synechron for 3 months during my internship program and find this company very nice. Initially I was bit nervous working in such a big organization but employees in synechron are very supportive(not all but most of them) and they have good office facilities in pune.
HR has too many processes & documentation even for interns joining but they have nice induction program in a Gamification method. I won a Pune Central Gift voucher also during induction:)
In 3 months I got good training in QA and the team helped me learn new methods in testing practice. They have lot of projects from their clients in US and Europe. The team arranged a nice farewell party for us.
I plan to join the company once I finish my B.E next year. I will miss all the fun and learnings at synechron.
