Equal opportunity at the right time

I have been working with Synechron for sometime now and with 2 different projects. I never felt any major negative things about my organisation. Let me share my experience with you. Initially there was a little struggle and later I got an amazing project to work on. Trust me. Now its three year and I worked with 2 different projects which require different skills and knowledge. That gave me confidence and add more skills to my profile. Synechron is built with a work culture, with the core values and respect for its people. I was a low band employee and there is no differentiation of high level vs low level. I get answers from Senior Executives if I have any issues
