I was hired recently for US based project and working at Synechron was a good experience in terms of learning new things, global team collaboration. Most of the employees have stayed in the company for a long time. There are some unwanted processes and policies which needs to improve. They also need to bring more automation & online self serviced portals for better office management. Other than that, Synechron is a good option for long term career.
