Think before you join



  1. Synchron pays good salary in India. But remember, most of the times, they hire senior propfessional for the on-site opprortunities. No standards for the salary, it totally depends on their requirement and your negotiation skills.




  2. Total lack of vision in the top management. Last year, they had around 20% people on bench. Most of them were seniors developers/testers hired on the scale of managers from Banking/Finance domain. Many people were on bench for more than 6 months.




  3. No Professional environment, everything works on the basis of your relationship.




  4. No Transparency about the placement in various accounts. Fake interviews are conducted to discourage the people when on bench.




  5. Lot of parties happen. The environment in the parties does not match with corporate culture at all.




  6. Most Important, around 50% of their business comes from only one client which is a big risk.






Finally, If you are settled in your current company or city and you have a family then Kindly don’t leave your family/company/city just because Synechron has offered some on-site position.
