Never join Synechron.. They will make you cry..

Read all previous comments which are 100% true for Synechron. Sharat bhatia is a crook and he behaves like the Synchron uske baap ka hai. I m not sure abt the Top management but the middle management (Directors) are all sick and they behave like they are god.. and the employee under them are slaves.. They have created a very strong group-ism with other management employees.


They are not worried about the growth of there team rather they are worried abt them self.. they always try to make there position secure which they never deserve. They are holding this position because sometimes back (2 to 3 years) the manpower count was  only 300 and suddenly due to some project like Asurian the count went into thousands which made this guys lucky to jump into management from a developer role..hahahaha..


Just imagine if this guys are not capable enough for a developer role what will they do when they became director. This directors are handling Specialists and Architects who are way much experienced and mature.. The recruitment team will fool you to join them by saying we have COE (Center of Excellence).. which is nothing but bench.. COE name is given to attract new guys and to hide the name bench...


To join Synechron is not tough but to join a project in Synechorn is very tough and is almost impossible as they will have various rounds of interviews and you will be rejected bcz you are not part of there group even though your interview went well.. They will ask all the stupid question to reject you.. And if you not able to join a project within couple of month after joining the Synechron will fire you saying you are profitable for Synechron.


Please do not join this company at all even if they offer you a good amount of salary bcz at last you will become a slave to this type of management. They will make you cry and suffer to join synechron.. Beware of Synechron  as its a hell..
