I had worked in Synechron for almost 5+ years and found it to be an excellent company to work with. Due to family reasons I shifted to Delhi sometime back in Jan 2013.
The company is growing good so you will find lot of growth opportunities and space for innovation in everything you do. The Management is also quite young including the founder members. Except the leave/holiday policy I couldn’t find any major issues in the company. Also the salary brackets are not defined for any positions.
The best part is infrastructure, offices, events & lady safety policy for girls. Good onsite chances as I was in US and Dubai for almost 2 years. Facilities at onsite guest house can be improved anytime.
Just like there are pros & cons working with a well established IT company, the same is with Synechron.
Overall good company to work with in Pune.
