I am ex-employee of Syntel pvt ltd. I worked there for 2.1 years. First of all, I want to talk about salary hike. I have not seen in 2 years anyone got more than 15-20% hike. Why? I am sorry to say this even this is totally manger based company.
Your pentuality and your hard work. If you do any small mistake they will seat with that. From onsite or client we will get appreciation but hardly you will get direct mail from your manager. For MCA and B.Tech employees have better package then science employees. My advice is if after joining the company if employees get equality in hike, appreciation, etc employees will last more days.
