I worked there for 15 months, each and every minute I was thinking when will I leave this company. It is very good company for starting your career but you cant stay there for more time just because of their bad management. Many process of syntel are too good in terms of learning prospect, you can learn many things about your work even though if you are working in one process you can lean other process as well.
Work environment is also good because peoples are interactive but when it comes to management prospect you feel bad, if you are working hard getting client appreciation they don’t bother about it. they just give promotions and incentives to those people who does buttering.
