I wanted to write a review about this Airline, but the bad experience was 4 - 5 years ago, so I thought it was unfair on my part to write a review based on an experience a millennium ago. After reading Karans review and on concluding that these guys havent changed, I would like to share my experience.
I was flying from New Delhi to Riyadh, and Karans experience seems no exaggeration at all. A fellow passenger only asked for some drinking water, which the hostess said that we would get only after we are airborne. on being airborne, he asked her once again she dint say anything but gave a look as if to say ’’ wok moron , if its water what you want, its water what you get’’. but she did not get back at all. was that too much to ask. so this guy , gets up and walks towards the kitchen thing place, ( I wonder whats that called, would appreciate if any one told me so) and the Hostess simply snapped at him saying ’’yalla yalla’’.. in Arabic it means get lost.
this guy was so annoyed, I could literally see him crying. The poor guy was fasting all day, in spite of the Muslim laws on fasting that says , its not necessary to keep a fast while traveling. even the the snacks and refreshments dint come through for a long time.
So what if we travel economy class, arent we humans.
the flights are barely clean.
