I bought the insurance online after buying a new iphone6 as a safety for my investment.
Then one day my iPhone broke and had to file my claim.
Initially everything was great filed my complaint on 25/07/2015
and completed all the paperwork within next few days.
Finally my claim was accepted as on

Now starts the grueling process of calling the customer care and hearing "you will get your phone as soon as possible"
after a week they said "you will get your phone by Friday, maximum by Monday we have spoke to the local team etc"
then I called after the above mentioned Monday passed without any contact from them.
"aapka phone Bangalore se aa raha hai, under process hai, will get it as soon as possible",
Since then I call every alternate day and get a response "we have escalated your request, you will get a call"
Every time a new executive picks up and you explain your problem as they have no records of what has been happening in your case, except that it is under process / repair.
All I can say is its all good till you make the claim, Will never buy their service again.
Worst part is they never give you any date commitments and when you grill them for one they wont abide by what is said.
Still waiting for my under repair phone which will be with me as soon as possible.
