Music is one of lifes greatest pleasures; Music is an extremely subjective, aural experience. Some sounds are perceived by us as pleasant and some others as unpleasant. What is considered pleasant or unpleasant can be quite personal, based on our specific culture, exposure to particular kinds of music and perhaps even on what our parents told us.
As we grow up, and discover music from other cultures or newer musical styles, our tastes too change. Sometimes, we even discover a pleasant piece of music purely by accident - because it simply happened to resonate with our inner sensibilities, nothing like self-discovery!
“It’s cool to listen to Carnatic music”, especially T.M.Krishna! he is a star in his own right, having made a mark for himself in the Carnatic field. I find it difficult to classify his music. There is tradition and novelty in both his music and different approach to music. His voice carries a rare vibrancy and strength
Listening to T.M. Krishna is like feeling the rich and rare combination of melody, mellifluousness and mathematics of traditional music that is indeed a treat. His career graph shows he is one of the few young musicians who are earning the top slots in almost all the music festivals the world over.
Hes a real Stress reliever; he’s been approached by lot of corporate for Stress Management Workshops.
I dont have a great knowledge in Carnatic music nor I’m a singer but I enjoy listening to those - it needs a certain maturity to appreciate classical music. Appreciation comes with maturity, which is emotional and intellectual maturity
