I booked Maruti Suzuki swift vdi 1 month back at T R Sawhney ITO, Delhi (Indraprastha Metro Station) where I was promised that the same will be delivered in next 15 days however the same didn’t happen.
They don’t even take pain to tell me as to what is happening and when are they going to deliver the car. I have already spent more than 500 bucks on calling up these buggers asking for the delivery but everytime they say they will call me back however the same never happens.
I am highly frustrated now and thinking of taking this matter to consumer court now, especially the sales people involved in the transaction.
