Trust maruti but never TR Sawhney. Their modus operandi is to sell car by luring customers with more discounts then available with other dealers. Once you give them money, they will default of promises and use your money to fund car from manufacture.
Biggest cheats I have ever encountered. They took 50%advance of Rs 4.25lacs against Ertiga Vdi insisting payment to be made by rtgs. Moment they received payment cell phones were switched off. Getting hold of them on land line they said car will be delivered in 7-10days as there are finance issues with company which sales person Sandeep Negi was not aware. Most rude, unprofessional attitude of the staff.
Finally I bought car from Rana Motors, much better experience But have not got my refund of 4.25lacs. I have complained to Maruti suzuki also and advice all not to visit them. I believe their dealership should be terminated.
