We bought a Swift Dzire car in august 2012.After we booked the car and paid the booking amount of 10000, we had planned to buy the car on Thursday. But TR Sawhney people started calling us late nights and in evenings that we have a customer who wants silver color and we just have 1 car with silver color, so either come and pay rest of amount to us now or we are selling it. They were behaving like we were buying a toy car and 6 lakh is just like 100 bucks.
I gave my car on 6th April, 2013 and till date I have not received my car.Everyday, after making 10 calls I inquire about the status and I am told you will get your car tomorrow. Till date the day has not come. When I called Mr.Kishore ( 9999399140), a girl picked up the phone and she conveyed to Mr.Kishore that you have a call. But Mr. Kishore apparently busy, picked up the phone and said wrong number.
I felt like he has slapped me. When I called Mr. Amar (9999399140), he said he will inquire about the status and call me back in 5 mins. When he never called me back, I did and I was told Mr. Amar is not on seat. Call him later.I knew bythen that they don’t want to speak to me.Being a customer who spent 6 lakh buying a car from them, I felt like I have been robbed. The staff kept at the TR Sawhney motors is highly incompetent ill mannered and careless.
After 11 days they have done nothing for the service. We have not got our car and we are facing great difficulty commuting everyday to far off distances in Delhi. The staff of TR Sawhney are not even courteous enough to pick the calls of their customers properly and listen to their service related queries and problems.They are worthless and shameless people to throw the phones on their customers faces.
Shame on you.
