Do not believe on any of the world said by their executives specially VIKAS (9999687722), He is one of the worse sales men in the automobile industry. First they will say that they’ll provide you the vehicle within few days.
Then they’ll ask you for some big amount as booking amount and will make you sure that in ANY CASE if the booking is cancelled they’ll refund the full amount. But, They Do Not. Once you cancel the booking they’ll ask you to wait for at least a month. When the month is passed they’ll demand some documents. They do not ask for the documents at the time of cancellation or booking. After providing them all the documents they’ll stop answering your calls, if you call them from another number they’ll say that they are in a meeting and they’ll call you back.
But their meeting never gets over. After 100s of calls and days they’ll return the money but after deducting Rs. 1000. when you ask them why the deduction, they’ll simply ask you that this their procedure, you have to pay Rs. 1000 as cancellation charge.
