I booke maruti swift dezire in dec 2015 and they promised to deliver in 1 week after all documentation which they were able to fulfill after lots of my reminder calls to them. sales executive was very much greedy as he taken cash from me havent deposited the same in company account and got the car registered thru this personal contacts. I came to know about it later when I asked for CNG papers. Thereafter I must excise refund of more than 10k within so they asked me to visit showroom and submit form which I did in 1st week of March 2016. At the time of excise form submission they told me that I need to wait 4-5 month and they will inform me for cheque collection. in Aug month when I checked for status they said its still pending. and asked to check again in Sep15. Then in Sep month when I checked they said its got rejected due to incomplete form submission but till now they have not shared which documents was not submitted. I at-least sent them more than 50 email and number of calls I dont remember as after sometime they were not answering. I visited their showroom multiple time to settle the issue but every-time they used avoid meeting and delaying it further by giving silly excuses. It almost took 6 months time when I told them that I am going to file case in consumer court then finally had a meeting with me and admitted that there was a mistake from their end . So I said that since its your mistake so you should bear the cost and pay me the amount I was expecting. after lots of discussion they agreed to make an adjustment of 6000 that too thru some reward points. That reward point process also took almost 6 month and in that period I sold out my car due to some reason. Now I dont know whether points are given to my Maruti card or not because now I dont have car so useless for me. so basically due to negligence of TR Sawhney I had a loss of minimum 10k rs. I never recommend this dealer to buy car.
