Salute to Amir Khan...

What an effort!.BRAVO!

I must salute Amir Khan for his sincerity towards cinema as an art. Film is a hit or flop, is another thing but the thing which is most important is, how honest you are with your work and Amir has always been an honest actor and this time a very honest director too.accolades for such a gr8 debut. With this he shows his clear and high intentions. He looks the cinema from a different angle he is not a businessman but an artist.

The film is the story of a child who can not read and write, even he can not do the routine task as tyeing the shoo lace etc.  but he lives in his own world. As our society is.that as soon as a child takes birth, he get a label."Doctor or Engineer". Whatever father couldn’t do, son has to take that burden on his shoulder and mostly against his wish and interest.

anyways let’s come to the movie again. So this boy’s parents also want him to study well and get top ranks. No one tries to understand him as always happen that a child is not considered worth for any suggestion or election. So, He tries hard and fails every time. Putting in a boarding school proves to be a worst thing for him as he is still unable to do the things right and now he is alone too, everyone make fun of him and slowly he looses his faith in himself.he stops talking to anyone. Here I must say something about the child who played this character, "Darsheel saffari".I must say but what?.I’m totally blank. He has delivered a gr8 gr8 gr8 performance.even the minute expressions he has done very well.I remember the scene when his parents are about to go back after leaving him to a boarding. He is cotinously looking at them.at the moment the car starts, he shivers and he has done it so naturally that you feel a shiver in your body. He looks towards them until the next turn and we see his face full of tears.AAH! pain flows from the screen into our heart.and we feel that flow.

Amir.wat to say, you all must be agree with me that.whatever he does, is always the best.and again he has proved that "Unhen yun hi perfectionist nahi kaha jata". He is a perfectionist in real sense.till now in acting and now in direction too.a perfect job. Again I would like to share a scene from the movie when child’s father comes to Amir, to say that he cares for him.and the reply Amir gives.full marks to the writer."Thoda sa pyar, ek jhappi." amazing.and how beautifully Amir has played an art teacher.

Film certainly raises some very serious and important questions. Question about education system, question about the upbring of children by parents, question about the inner world of a child.question about making a whole generation frustrated and as a result the whole country is frustrated.

Bow to Amir for raising such an important issue.and what a brave star that he chooses such subject for his directorial debut.

Music is very good, Thank God this time SEL doesn’t get a chance to make a Punjabi-disco.Lyrics are amazing.Prasoon Joshi has tried to touch Gulzar.specially the song "Maa".It can bring tears in your eyes.

At last I would say - This movie should be made compulsory to watch for each parent.Children are future of the country, they need a careful upbringing.
