I had booked a cab well in advance i.e. on 29.10.2015 for trip from Juhu chandan cinema to chembur.
Pickup time was 11.30pm on 29.10.2015. I got confirmation regarding the trip but on 30.10.2015 when I called
atleast 10 times for the cab the support center executive finally told that no cabs are available at this time.
How can a company like TAB can deny the trip at the last moment when I had trusted this company for the night trip.
The worst thing is after denying for the cab I got a msg from tab cab that the cab is arranged and I got the drivers contact details. When I tried to call the driver Mr. Jayprakash singh on 9930712306 he got very angry and said who gave you my number and how can the company(TAB Cab) give my number when I am at home.
I got very much frustrated by the complete instance and called the support center once again and this time I got a different drivers number Mr. Anand
Kumar Sharma - Cell 8424934881. Second driver details received at 11.47pm and after getting the second
message I got a message from TAB Cab that the Cab could not be arranged due to non availability of cabs.
At 11.56pm on 29.10.2015 I got a call from the second driver that I am standing at Juhu Chandan cinema but by that time I had left the place by an alternate arrangement.
The second driver also told me that I should contact the supprt center and cancel the booking or else the company will compel him to wait for 1 hour when you are not able to provide cabs on time why do you take bookings to harass the clients.
These kinds of incidents will drastically affect the company and its reputation in long run. On the top of that I got a trip bill of Rs. 113 plus service tax at 1.34am on 30.10.2015.
I hope you will take my feedback very seriously and will take necessary steps to avoid such things in future.
But one thing is sure that neither I nor any of my friends and relatives will trust on TAB CAB in future.
You guys are simply playing with the safety of Mumbai People.
