Booking reference A072417862, NEEDED a pick up from Malwani, Malad West, at 5:30 AM on 24th July 2013 to domestic airport. flight departure was at 6:50 AM. Had done the booking previous night from tabcab mobile app and it showed confirmed status.
I called them as I didnt get any message at around 5:20 AM. The call center agent told me that my cell number was incorrect, wherein the mobile app it says the right number. Then I provided the booking ref, he found the booking and told me that the driver has been sent already.
He gave me the drivers details, : Driver Ashok : His cell : 9920017650. I called the driver and he answered and told me its a wrong number. I called call center again. they said they will take action against the driver.
they gave me another driver, he reached my place at 6: 15 AM. I was late already. By the time I reached airport, I had missed the flight. I had to book a current ticket that costed me 9 k.
So I lost time and money coz of negligence from tabcab. Never gonna use the service again.
Later Ashok the first driver sms me and asks me who am I and, he was asking my name.
Pathetic..
