We booked a Tab Cab to reach home safely as it is too painful to find auto/taxis in Mumbai in Monsoon.
1) We booked a Tab Cab and never asked for a Tab cab Gold

No issues with that.
2) The driver was completely untrained and fought with us on multiple points:
i) We booked a cab to Jogeshwari and wanted to go via Andheri Kurla road to drop a colleague of ours. the driver said it is not allowed, he will go directly to Jogeshwari.
ii) He kept on blowing horn unnecessarily and we asked him not to do it, he started shouting and said that if anything happens to the car we will have to pay the bill
iii) He drove at full speed over the speedbreakers
iv) Also picked up a fight with an Auto, completely his fault
If Tab Cab wants more information they may call at the number from which booking was done from BKC to Jogeshwari on 24th June’2013. I am not sure if there is any effort being made from Tab Cab’s side to train their drivers but I am sure that I will never use services of Tab Cab or Tab Cab Gold.
