I have tried booking a Tab Cab several times from BKC to the airport but never do they book it, how much ever early I call up. Even two days in advance if I call up, all that the customer care person tells is a pre-written message Due to back-to-back bookings, we do not have service from your locality at that time".
Now how can there ever be back to back bookings 48 hours prior? This is the most unprofessional and ridiculous response they can give. They can simply tell the customer. "It is not profitable for us to ply the route BKC to airport, so we do not have service". They take customers to be fools who would believe any crappy response they give out.
Similar issue with Meru too. For some reason they give the exact same response for transport from BKC. There needs to be some regulations around these cab services.
