Fast food chain are not usually that great of places to eat. But when you rank the fast food places in order...Taco Bell should be around if not the bottom. Taco Bell is very uncleanly. There is trash and spills on the floor that they do not clean up. Chairs and tables are dirty from other people crumbs. Excuse me but do I really want to sit there and figure out what the person who ate at this table last was eating. I think not. The service is always slow. Sometimes it will be because they are training new employees but even then the manager has to yell at them right in fron tof me. I find that very disturbing. They have mixed up my meal atleast 2 times in the 10 times I was there. The mangers are very unfreidnly to talk to and when they have a break they stand right outside where you can see them and smoke!!! I surely do not want people who smoke dealing with my food. Also the taste is very poor. Sauces are runny. Meat is wet and soggy.
The taco shells are unstable and break or tear easily. Nachos taste floury and the dipping cheese is very bland. All other things they use for tacos like lettuce and cheese appear to be old and do not taste great Thankfully my local Taco Bell also has a Pizza Hut in it. Even thought Pizza Hut isn’t that great....it is a lot better than Taco Bell.
