This is one of the better sites for discounts, mainly due to its customer service. They are prompt to respond. I am regular purchaser at this site..and most of the transactions are hassle free. On one occasion, I was very disappointed with a deal (the merchant didnt allow me to redeem) and taggle refunded the amount - although it took 3-4 emails and a couple of calls.
This is still better than other websites like deals and you, who flatly refuse to refund voucher amount if the merchant vanishes. Taggle is customer friendly, with prompt customer service and call back.
On the downside, their site doesnt have past vouchers to print easily. And voucher doesnt mention the amount paid/saved. The number of deals are also fewer compared to some sites (snapdeal).
All in all, I am quite satisfied by taggle.
