The above occasion was when I was part of that team of waiters who were serving the Queen of ENGLAND and her retinue alongwith the who`s who of chennai and many other parts of the country.I fell in love with the hotel right at that moment. The ball room in which this event unfolded is one of its kind.Their other restaurants are also tastefully decorated with a calm and pleasant ambience. Taj is known for its hospitality and the taj coramandel is no exception, for after that eventful night in the year 1997, I have visited that hotel many times as a guest and have been pampered with all the ’’taj’’ hospitality that there is. Now to the best part - yes you guys guessed it right THE FOOD.Delectable, exotic, feast for your eyes, just the right portion size ..et al.
