I was a trainee at taj chd and let me tell you, if you’re looking for the true taj courtesy in taj chd...you’re at the wrong place. Its the only branch of taj hotels ans palaces that isn’t a 5 star establishment. The hygiene level is disgusting. I have personally witnessed many times how the staffers use stirrers, soup sticks many times over without even cleaning it. The ball room is tiny.
The staff is horribly underpaid and the rooms are too damn expansive for their asking tariff price. Only two restaurants, both with very limited food items and rediculas prices. Just sneak in any of the back areas ever if you really wanna find out what goews down in that hole.
Traveler and hoteliers alike, keep away from this junk.
