I just want to inform you all what a cheat HDFC home loan department is! It is full of cheats and liers only! And the best part is there is no one to listen to you when you complaint.
The sales people will make commitments for your desired amount of loan and will take the documents and fee cheque. They will commit you that this is all that is required and your cheque will be presented once your loan is cleared. N then they vanish from the face of earth. You keep following up with their office. After a while they start asking for more documents.
Your cheque will be presented in the very beginning. After that they make your life hell. After lingering on for a very long time, they’ll come back to you with a very less amount for loan that what was committed. You can follow up, call them, write emails, visit them.but no one is even bothered to check what the scene is.
They only waste your time as the entire department is full of crooks and liers. The sales people you initially were all eager to visit you, stop even taking your calls!
N ofcouse the people sitting in the office are completely oblivion to whats going on!
BEWARE OF THIS TEAM OF CROOKS SITTING TO DUPE YOU! DO NOT APPLY FOR A HOME LOAN THROUGH THESE CHEATS.
I have just cancelled my loan and letting you guys know!

Just wanted to update that a higher official from HDFC loan contacted me to rectify the mistakes which happened. They apologized and have approved our loan as per the committed amount by their sales people!
I really appreciated his intervention and it’s a sigh of relief that finally someone bothered and actually made the effort to make good of what happened with us! I have proceeded with my loan approval with HDFC hoping that they live upto our expectations!
Probably it was just a bad time which was going on! We are happy now:)
