DISBURSEMENT CHEQUE BOUNCE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My loan account number is 600282321. The  disbursement never happened at the time given to me, I was told file has not arrived. No body from customer care was answering the queries. I was told come again tomorrow and we will confirm you when to come. No call from HDFC AND I confirmed and come to the branch.There as no briefing on cheque or anything nd cheque was handed over after singing the documents.The cheque I deposited in my SBi account it BOUNCED.


when I enquired HDFC the relationship manager Mr. Somsundar told me arrogantly you should deposit it to your citibank salary account . Don’t you know the way cheque are issued these days?i was wondering how will I know about the things if not briefed. After shouting for five minutes on me he told you can take the cheque out and deposit it in citibank, I deposited the cheque and it again Bounced.


When I AGAIN CONTACTED HDFC Mr. somsundar told me I am fed up you can ot to cancel loan or go to citibank and enquire.  You collect cheque from them come to me I will talk t o account and then we will cancel the loan and return your cheque. I HAVE NEVER EVER FACED SUCH ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR BY ANY BANK. I strongly suggest never ever approach HDFC BANK.
