Why do I call it "kind of a fraud"?
Once they take your money, they will not ship your product for months that too only when you create pressure. They will not refund the money as well even if their deadline is getting extended by month after month. This feels like a fraud because they will lie giving all kinds of nonsense reasons like quality check failed etc. etc. and will not refund your money even if they are not able to meet their deadline for months.
I received my product after months and I was on the verge of taking legal action against the company. When I received the product I realized the printer attachment that I had paid for did not come. Now I am again in that endless cycle of talking to their customer executive.
In the end, you might receive the product but if you receive a fault one are you willing to through that long cycle of talking to their customer executive for months again? In my opinion, it is not worth your time.
