I guess who so ever is landed on this page might have already tried giving a review on facebook, google and most probably you have been blocked out of those platforms as well.
I ordered a table on 21st December 2021 and never got it.
I tried canceling my order but they were adamant that order cannot be cancelled as per the cancellation policy mentioned on company website.
After that I raised a consumer complaint and lodged an FIR against directors of the company, which by the way are running another business as well BLD designs.

On 23rd Feb, they provided me a bogus AWB number of blue dart, which was just booked online, and shipment was never handed over to Bludart.
I got frustrated and started looking for ways to get my money back as I was quite sure that this company is not going to deliver anything in near future.
I started looking for a payment gateway that was supporting this fraud company, which happens to be RazorPay, which is IN MY OPINION seller-centric payment gateway and not useful for customers.
I then started looking for fraud reporting in VISA and MASTERCARD network, which was very useful.
VISA and MASTERCARD guidelines says that customer can raise NON PREVENTABLE chargeback against any company if promised goods are not delivered.
For MASTERCARD reason code of chargeback is 4855(non-receipt of merchandise)
and for VISA reason code of chargeback is 30(Services Not Provided or Merchandise Not Received)
For all those who want their money back, please call your bank and raise a chargeback against Takk.in. There is nothing that Takk.in can do to prevent these chargebacks as they don’t have any credible proof which shows that they have delivered the merchandise.
