It was long awaited film of 2012. After torture of Son of Sardar and Jab tak he jaan, the expectations from Talaash were high. But sorry to mention here that movie ends with disappointment.
As the name sounds, audience took the seat to enjoy highly suspense drama. Movie started with an accident of big bollywood star died in road mishap. Amir is casted as a senior police officer investigating the case. His wife Rani is in trauma due to their 8 years old son’s death, passing thru painful marriage life. Coincidently Amir met Kareena - a call girl helped him in resolving the case. Rani had a neighbour who has some god gifted ability of talking with souls of dead people.
Through that lady, Rani was talking to her son. Non supporting Amir was annoyed with this act. Suddenly it was an interval of movie. After spending additional 250 bucks on soft drinks and popcorn movie starts again. And suspense ended up with a fact that bolywood star’s friend was involved in the murder. AND KAREENA WAS BHOOT....what???? Yes Kareena was bhoot....helped Amir in resolving the case. After that Amir got a letter written by his son urging him to enjoy the life with mom...that’s it...THE END.
The expectations from Amir and Reema Kagti were drained out...Don’t spend money...wait for a month. You will see this in your drawing room television set.
