One of my close family friend purchased Ford Eco Sport from Nigdi dealer, vehicle has manufacturing defect, AC of the vehicle not working, not sure how this vehicle passed QC at company as well as dealer. Dealer is not responding - taking their own sweet time to attend, they are unable to repair. Problem was identified after 30 minutes post delivery of the vehicle. All authorities are enjoying their DIWALI and my friend after paying HUGE amount is just running pillar to post. Dealership has even refused to accept the letter which was about raising the concern about the vehicle. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BUYING FROM THIS DEALER.
