Talera don't care about Customer Satisfaction

Hi,


Regarding cashless Insurance claim


I purchased a corsa from Talera Ford Pune. In the following week met with a small accident (minor in nature). The workshop, which is quite far from city almost 15 kms from pune station on Nagar road, gave an estimate of 1.1 lacs for the total damage which was ridiculous when the damage was very small. The surveyor from HDFC Chubb insurance then lowered it down to 60 thousand. I was told that it will take 10 days maximum for the complete repair and now it is more than 10 days and no sign of complete repair.


Now the problem starts. HDFC chubb is willing to give cashless facility to the customer and pay directly to Talera Ford. But Talera Ford doesnt want to do this. I dont understand why? They want the customer to pay and take the bills and then claim from the insurance. It will take atleast 7-10 days for my claim to be reimbursed which wouldn’t have happened if Talera had accepted direct payment from HDFC chubb insurance company.


Nowadays, every dealer has an arrangement with the insurance company no matter how small it is. Talera Ford, even after being so huge doesnt want to do this.


I think the main reason behind this is make the life of the customer horrible. They dont think of the customer at all. They only want to earn money and car dealership is just a means to do that.


I would rate the dealer as such to be very poor as it doesn’t even meet customer expectations. Forget about customer delight.
