This is in regards to unprofessional, raw and pathetic post sales services being provided by Talera Ford Nigdi Service Station@Pune.
My car was towed to service station on Sunday 10th June 2012, till date 26th June (It’s been 16 days) car is still not repaired. The body shop/service advisors have no courtesy to keep the customer updated. In-fact that is expecting too much, the worst part is advisors do not even care to listen to the customers, most of the times the phone is hung-up in the middle of the conversation. There’s no synergy between different groups, in my case after the body shop work, car had to be serviced but car was stationed for 2 days as body shop & service advisor did not communicate. Advisers did not even care to communicate on Insurance supervisor survey results till the last day, which resulted into further delay as few of the cosmetic damages were not even repaired when the car was supposed to be delivered.
There is no commitment or estimated turnaround time to deliver the car even after repeated follow ups as they always have excuses to differ the delivery on the last minute which too is communicated only if the owner follow’s up.
In last 5 days, I have advised my colleagues to not buy Ford Fiesta due to service issues, as just owning good vehicle will not be sufficient to enjoy the drive without having equally good post sale services.
