It was day to realise my dreams of owning a big car.Thanks to offer from Ford I could now afford to buy Ford Ikon Flair, my dream machine.
Without taking much of your time I would like to say of two dealers in Pune, I found to be Tarela guys competent one after my conversation over phone with them. So I went ahead with them for buying my car
I called up for a test drive and thing went wrong for me. I was waiting to go to work after the test drive but talera guy arrived at 1:00 PM three hours late than the promised time of 10 PM.I could not take test drive that day as I had to rush to the office.But he came next day I had a test drive.
I forgave them for delay on humaniatrian ground that it happens to everybody to get stuck in traffic.
Overall their service is good although there are some hiccups at every place. So its better to give some room on humanitarian ground. I have done the second servicing now and barring couple of incidents here and there I am happy with Talera Ford.
