As we all know that the movie is based on a true story of Arushi Talvar Case here in this movie the role is played as Shruti Tandon a 14 year old girl is brutally murdered inside her bedroom in the house. Next day, the domestic servant of the family, Khempal’s body is found on the terrace of the house. The parents, Ramesh and Nutan Tandon(played by Neeraj Kabi and Konkona Sen Sharma) don’t get the luxury of mourning over her death as soon after, they are embroiled in a situation where the father is suspected of killing her.
The film Talvar follows on the heels of Avirook Sen’s book, Aarushi, seen by many as a more comprehensive and unbiased presentation of facts than the case presented by the prosecution. Mainstream films have far greater reach than books.
Over all it is good movie to make us realize the real face of the society and the ongoing world strategies about the crime and the affections getting lost.
