I and my friend have been a member here since last year truly it was a Gold Gym.now it’s hard to give them higher than a 2 star for a few reasons but below are the things which I really don’t like about ‘Moradabad Talwalkars Fitness’
Lack of customers’ management as overcrowded gentry can easily be seen in the morning session, fighting for their turns either for lifting weights or for the machines – The worst we ever expect from a reputed fitness brand such as ‘Talwalkars’.
It’s been more than a month(from Sept 5th to Oct 5th 2015) waiting for GYM Air Conditioners to be repaired but every now and then they revert, saying machines will be fixed by Saturday and now 4 Saturdays have passed but the issue still persists – Pathetic Service quality for what we’re paying to ‘Moradabad Talwalkars Fitness Center’
For Acknowledgement
We are paying to receive quality services and features which ‘Talkwalkars Fitness’ have to match to their end customers’ expectations. Also, Mr. Harsha Bhatkal, Vinayak Gawande and Prashant Talwalkar these key people should look onto things that can ruin their hard earned Brand Goodwill.
