The gym is equipped with the latest techno equipment for use along with regular exercise for total fitness. To suit each one requirement, there are different programs one could join according to one requirement. There are nutrition programs, weight loss and gain programs also weight management programs. Starting from one month to twelve-month programs.


Talwalkars also have a health Café at the premises, which provides healthy juices being the perfect blend of vegetable, fruits & protein shakes at reasonable rates. The gym also has steam and massage facilities which helps in better blood circulation and rejuvenates tired and aging skin also increases the efficiency of your nervous system to better digestion and absorption. The timings for the same are: 6am to 10pm (Unisex).


11am to 4pm (Gym Hall exclusively for ladies)

They also have PEP (personal exercise program) with PT (personal trainers) but at an extra cost, depending on personal need and the effort also put in by a PT motivates a total result oriented program.


Talwalkars has 11 health centers spread over Mumbai and the latest to the addition being the one recently opened at Bandra. They also have health centers at Pune, Bangalore, Kanpur, Lucknow, Chennai, Vapi and Vadodra. So it’s not just in Mumbai but health spread across the country.


One cannot judge the benefits of staying fit by just reading about it, one has to get into it, to reap a harvest and first be mentally prepared for being fit.
