Pros:
1) Good equipments, both at cardio and weight training sections
2) Neat and Tidy gym(not the wash rooms).
3) Free parking for members
and the CONS:
1) Music played makes you run of the gym. I have heard old hindi, kannada, telgu and assamese songs there.
2) Instructors are more like DJs, most of them are into the music system thanto guide members. Some of them like to watch TV in weight training area.Also, don’t be surprised if two instructors tells two ways of same exercise. Atleast this branch lack experienced and polished instructors.
3) Talwalkars promises that gym is never closed except for 2 days, Ganeshchturthi and Diwali. But it turns out be its closed on every National and Stateholiday. Though, they make false claims of calling you on cell phone.Its not recommended who prefer going to gym everyday.
4) Wash rooms are at times unhygienic, under maintenance.
5) Ironically, staff is really unfit, I was bit frightened and amused when theytalk about health and fitness.
6) Gym gets over crowded at evenings.
My suggestion would be -Go to talwalkars if you are casual gym goers who doesn’t bother muchabout money and need a parking at mall.My tip to wait gainers/builders- You can buy decent equipments like a bench, set of dumbbells and a bar with about the same price as of yearsmembership.
