Me and Few of my friends got into a fitness regime and joined different gyms. I opted for Talwalkars.
The Gym is well equipped but one Big problem is that they heavily promote personal training. One can see a good result only if he/she has taken personal training. They do take your measurements on the day you join and all but later on you get a feeling as if you are on your own, you will notice the trainers giving all the attention to their own students.
Hence your motivation level goes on decreasing. You pay a good amount to join GYM facilities the least they can do is give proper attention and guidance. We dont expect as much attention as the people opting for personal training but HEY!!! we have paid too....and we also take out time to stay fit.
