I went to the gym last year as its near to me in Viman nagar I use to stay and it’s just back side of phoniex mall next to ccd I love they location that’s y took annual membership it’s comes cheap Registered my self for few days it’s was good but later on staff is behind me to go for personal training and a guy start giving me Demo class make me workout like animal.
One day evening I have full time so he took the workout like he’ll make me to stretch so much that when asked for stretching after workout opened my both hand till it reaches my back fully that make me stretch marks in my shoulders both arm and that bugger showing like your muscles are opening now. It’s best time to have trainer I like the gym ambience But they spoiled the fun later own they even bother to assist if you even doing a wrong moment once you refuse to go for PT.
Otherwise the place is soothing with steam bath, proper gymming machine and nice ac effect but working make it disgusting.
I like the place in terms of ambience good but bad supporting staff. Hence does not wants to recommend any friend
