I booked I20 Asta recently with talwar hyundai jubilee hills branch. I was promised that the car would be delivered in 2 working days. However, on the day of delivery, when I visited the showroom , the sales person informed that the car has been booked by someone else and there is a transport strike at chennai plant hence the delivery of the vehicles has been delayed.
I called up hyundai customer care to enquire about such strike but the customer care people confirmed that there are no such transport strike in chennai.
hence I went back to the dealer and cancelled my booking after 7 days of false promises by the dealer.
