I worked for this company almost for 2 years.I joined this company with lot of hopes & career oriented thought, Then I realised that I was wrong.From the day 1 I started suffering in all the aspects, no professionalism in work or in management, they treat their employees as slaves.They will be very keen with their customers at the inception(b4 a car sale) with humble, gentle but after sale they wont turn back to customer, giving false promises, bullshit commitments lob lob loa la.
They sell a used car(after demo purpose without registration) to the customers without any doubts.I had very horrible experience.They have no difference for executive, Team leaders, Managers all are same, everybody have individual targets.If anybody not reaching their targets managers will be demotivated to TL or even to executive, I feel shame on these parameter.I don’t know what Hyundai is doing with all these issues,
Talwar is only concerned with numbers numbers they don’t bother for ethics, process, they sell cars like vegetables without any professionalism.Its very worst place to work.I just worked for my existence & continuity, that’s it.
