This small state run(?) bank deserves to grow. They have bright, helpful staff and very good managers. The only reason I’m not giving 5 is there’s a new manager locally and I want to see how he is running the branch. Good Luck!
The bank’s only current drawback is that they don’t process forex transactions, such as debits from abroad for personal use. If they did I could/would dump HDFC immediately. There’s also no online banking presently, maybe due to the extra security that would be needed to do this.
