Clear cheaters.
They promised several things while buying a membership, for example,
1) They will provide gym membership for free
Reality:- The gym owners many times denied me to come, as per him, they are not paying the pending payment to the gym.
Also, you will get a membership of gym which is 12-15 km away from your house, not area wise membership they provide
2) They promised that they will provide us 2 movie tickets every month as per member’s time conveniency and show preference.
Reality:- Before Covid it went fine, while covid lockdowns, no ticket were provided and that’s fine, but now after everything is normal, they are denying to provide movie tickets, they are saying that now they will decide when will we go for movie. Complete rubbish.! Who are you to decide our time availability and movie/show preference?
You promised it and now you are taking a complete U turn from your words. We paid for it, we are not asking for free.
3) We will be provided a birthday cake which we can take home from the shop they ask.
Reality:- For 1 year, it went well. But from next year they changed the policy, now they say that you’ve go to the hotel which we will tell you and there only you can celebrate your birthday with a cake we provide and 10% discount on foods and all. So basically it’s commission based policy.
So here also a U turn from what they said while registration
I am regretting that we didn’t ask for written proofs for all this, now when I talking to their customer care, they are saying show us written proof.! Big cheaters who don’t stick to their words and make us fool with false promises.
