I have been to only one Tanishq showroom in Kolkata and every time, it has been the Gariahat one. They have very good collections and always try to understand our budget, specific needs and accordingly suggest products. My review will be incomplete without special mentions for three staff members namely - Paulami Datta, Sangita Sharma and Soumendu Sanyal. Paulami & Sangita had even come to my address with grand Anniversary gifts and a lovely cake. This was really a great initiative to connect with the customers. Later, on another visit to the store, Mr. Sanyal patiently explained to me their Gold Savings scheme. The staff members have always shown a friendly attitude which we dont always find in other branded Jewellery outlets.
