I purchased a diamond necklace for my wife from Tanishq recently. I had no knowledge of diamonds. After purchase after coming home
I was reading the authenticity certificate. The diamonds in the necklace were of SI2 quality which is an inferior quality. When I spoke to other jewellery stores I came to know that the diamonds available with other stores are either VS or VVS quality. So Tanishq sells low quality diamonds. Ask for VS or VVS grade only. I read about diamond quality on internet and then got enlightened. Tanishq people did not educate me about the diamond quality.
